Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client service.

Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
2. Manage client accounts, ensuring that all services are delivered according to agreed-upon timelines and specifications.
3. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database.
6. Provide regular reports to management on client satisfaction, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service to continuously improve our offerings.

Requirements:
1. Independent and hardworking individual with strong time management and strategic planning skills.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
5. Previous experience in a client service role is preferred.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
