Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

BeautyMNL, a leading beauty and skincare online retailer, is seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat- Manage client inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with a focus on customer satisfaction- Serve as a brand ambassador for BeautyMNL, promoting our products and services to clients- Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with the team on various projects related to client service and satisfaction- Assist in maintaining client records and databases accurately and securely- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service and support

Requirements:- Passionate about the beauty and skincare industry- Independent and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in analysis and project management- Prior experience in client service or customer support roles- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
