### Job Description:
Solaire Resort & Casino is seeking a motivated and dedicated Remote Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. As a key player in our client services team, you will contribute significantly to enhancing client satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships with our guests.
### Responsibilities:
- **Customer Engagement**: Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. Ensure a first-class customer experience in each interaction.
- **Issue Resolution**: Proactively resolve client issues and concerns by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions. Collaborate with other departments when necessary to address complex queries and complaints.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups. Understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations to enhance their experience.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Accurately document client interactions and maintain comprehensive records of inquiries and resolutions. Generate reports on client interactions and feedback for management review.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather client feedback and insights regarding services offered and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery in line with clients' expectations.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on Solaire's services, promotions, and events to provide clients with accurate information and tailored recommendations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and share insights and strategies for enhancing client satisfaction.
- **Training and Development**: Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve service skills and stay aligned with industry best practices.
### Requirements:
- **Education & Experience**: Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or related fields, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
