Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

NextPay is seeking a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. As a Remote Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address inquiries and provide solutions to their needs- Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of client interactions- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely delivery of services- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and client preferences to anticipate their needs and provide tailored solutions

Requirements:- Reliable and adaptable personality traits- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Creativity and leadership in problem-solving and decision-making- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
