Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our dynamic team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, hardworking, adaptable, and possess strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliverables
- Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on their status and progress
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients
- Assist in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance client relations efforts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in client relations or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working remotely is a plus
