Job Description:
Xepto Computing is seeking a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations. As a Remote Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address their inquiries and concerns
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients
- Assist clients with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve our clients
Requirements:
- Resourceful and driven individual with a passion for customer service
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
