Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is seeking a Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 6 years of experience in client relations and a mid-to-senior level of seniority. As a Remote Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to client relationships
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide feedback to management on client needs and market trends

Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in client relations
- Energetic and resourceful personality traits
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
