Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

San Miguel Brewery Inc. is seeking a Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven, resourceful, possess emotional intelligence, and have strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for growth
- Analyze client data and provide insights to improve performance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in client relations or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed
