### **Job Description:**

As a Remote Client Relations Manager at Shopee Philippines, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and nurturing strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and that they receive the highest level of service. You will work collaboratively with various departments to optimize client satisfaction and retention, drive strategic initiatives, and support the growth of the company's client base.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Engagement:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, effectively managing relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their goals, driving their overall experience with Shopee.

- **Project Management:**
- Plan, execute, and oversee client-oriented projects, ensuring they align with client expectations and company objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of product features and services.

- **Performance Monitoring:**
- Analyze client feedback, service quality metrics, and other relevant data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain performance reports to measure success against established KPIs.

- **Support Development:**
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, providing training and resources to help them navigate our platform effectively.
- Work closely with the client support team to resolve any issues or challenges that arise in a timely manner.

- **Communication:**
- Facilitate regular communication with clients through meetings, calls, and updates, ensuring they are informed of developments and changes.
- Develop and present insightful client reports and proposals to key stakeholders.

- **Feedback Loop:**
- Gather and document client feedback to facilitate continuous improvement and drive strategic initiatives that enhance the customer journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client suggestions lead to meaningful improvements in products or services.

- **Relationship Management:**
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and adapting our strategies to support them.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Shopee's values and commitment to exceptional service in all client interactions.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and delivering measurable results.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Dedicated: Demonstrates a strong commitment to client satisfaction and is driven to go above and beyond.
- Resourceful: Able to develop innovative solutions and navigate challenges effectively.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and engagingly.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and client management software (e.g., CRM systems).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools to interpret client feedback and performance metrics.
