**Job Overview:**
As a Remote Client Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, resolving any issues that arise, and implementing strategies for client retention and engagement. This is a part-time position providing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while being an integral part of our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Engagement:** Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through consistent communication, understanding their needs, and acting as their primary point of contact.
- **Issue Resolution:** Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Develop solutions and escalate when necessary.
- **Feedback Management:** Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and product offerings. Report insights to relevant departments.
- **Strategic Planning:** Collaborate with the management team to develop actionable strategies for client account management and retention.
- **Presentation Development:** Create engaging presentations and reports to communicate strategies, results, and client insights to internal stakeholders.
- **Project Coordination:** Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure client expectations are met while maintaining ZipMatch's quality standards.
- **Training and Support:** Provide necessary training and resources to clients to ensure they are effectively utilizing our services and products.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Product Development) to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations.

**Required Qualifications:**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving service-related goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate positive interactions with clients and team members.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other client management tools.
