Job Description:
Cropital is seeking a Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 6 years of experience in a similar role and is at a mid-to-senior level in their career. The ideal candidate will be confident, dedicated, cooperative, and adaptable.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of remote chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
2. Monitor chat support performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
3. Develop and maintain chat support procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management.
Requirements:
1. 6 years of experience in chat support or customer service roles.
2. Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in chat support software and tools.
7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
