Remote Chat Support Manager

Revolution Precrafted is seeking a part-time Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in customer service or chat support roles.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of remote chat support agents, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and meet performance targets
- Monitor chat support interactions to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to agents
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of chat support agents
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
- Analyze chat support data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in customer service or chat support roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Reliable and hardworking with a strong sense of accountability
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Experience with chat support software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
