Pushkart.ph, a leading player in the e-commerce grocery delivery space, is looking for a dedicated Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our dynamic finance team. ### Responsibilities:
- **Invoicing and Billing Management:**
- Prepare, review, and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure invoices accurately reflect the services or products rendered.
- **Accounts Reconciliation:**
- Perform regular account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies systematically.
- Monitor accounts for overdue invoices and establish a collection process.
- **Customer Interaction:**
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices through email and phone calls.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively to maintain positive relationships.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping:**
- Maintain organized records of all invoicing and payment transactions.
- Update and manage the Accounts Receivable database and ensure data accuracy.
- **Reporting:**
- Generate regular reports on accounts receivable aging, collections status, and payment trends.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review.
- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the sales department to verify customer transactions and sales agreements.
- Collaborate with team members to find ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
- **Compliance:**
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations.
- Stay updated on best practices in accounts receivable and financial processes.
### Requirements:
- **Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
