Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

BeautyMNL, a leading beauty e-commerce platform based in Makati, NCR, PH, is seeking a Remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Remote Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes from a remote location.

Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Communicate with vendors to address any payment issues or inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of invoices
- Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Passionate and confident personality traits
- Emotional intelligence and project management skills
