Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Expedock is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Accounts Payable. This is a full-time entry-level position that offers the opportunity for professional growth and development. The ideal candidate will be driven, hardworking, and possess strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in accounts payable is a plus, but not required
