Remote Accountant

Job Description:

Lazada Philippines is seeking a Remote Accountant to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and resilient, with a creative mindset and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts, financial statements, and other reports
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable and resilient personality traits
- Creativity and teamwork soft skills
