Remote Accountant

Job Description:

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Remote Accountant to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Remote Accountant will be responsible for managing financial accounts remotely, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts, financial statements, and other financial reports
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial goals are met
- Stay up-to-date on accounting principles and regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Adhere to deadlines and deliver high-quality work consistently

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 4 years of experience in accounting or finance
- CPA certification preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dedicated and adaptable personality traits
