Remote Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

San Miguel Corporation is seeking a Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, motivated, possess emotional intelligence, and excel in decision-making.

Responsibilities:
- Provide remote support to account holders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed support to customers
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in account support or customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Adaptable and motivated with a high level of emotional intelligence and decision-making skills
