Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Account Support Officer to join our team at Gcash. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers remotely from Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This role is perfect for someone who is motivated, passionate, and looking to gain experience in the financial technology industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with account-related inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat
- Provide guidance on how to use our platform and troubleshoot any technical problems
- Process account transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Leadership qualities and the ability to take initiative
- Motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service
- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home
