Job Description:

Megaworld Corporation is seeking a Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 6 years of experience in account management and customer support. As a Mid-to-Senior Level Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts remotely and providing exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts remotely, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and provide solutions
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on account status and performance

Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in account management and customer support
- Confident and reliable personality traits
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
