**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Communication:**

- Maintain clear and open communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
2. **Account Management:**
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted.
- Update and maintain client records in our database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support account managers in tracking project milestones and deliverables.
3. **Problem Resolution:**
- Identify and troubleshoot client issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex client issues and implement necessary adjustments.
4. **Reporting and Documentation:**
- Generate regular reports on account activities, client feedback, and project status.
- Document all interactions with clients and maintain comprehensive records of queries and resolutions.
5. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and proposals for client meetings.
- Help manage and organize project timelines and schedules to ensure timely completions.
6. **Continuous Improvement:**

**Requirements:**
