Remedial Collections Manager

Job Summary: Primarily responsible for providing back end, operational and curing related support to maintain loan portfolio delinquency level at minimum and acceptable level.
Responsibilities: Propose/ enforce/ monitor collection strategies/ programs/ policies.
Recommend enhancements to credit policies.
Provide assessment and resolution to restructuring booking, waiver, pay off, refund and other related request.
Provide feedback to sales and credit about findings/ learning from collections.
Ensure compliance to regulations and bank policies.
Monitor performance of the team.
Requirements: Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years of managerial experience in collections for consumer loans/ microfinance
People management
Must be willing to work on Site and be assigned in Ortigas
