Job Description Plans, organizes, leads, and undertakes business generation programs to increase the Bank's total deposits among corporate clients and high net worth individuals. Conducts continuing market survey to pinpoint prospective clients, determines their banking requirements and what the competition is providing them; determines products and services appropriate to client's specific requirements and packages these accordingly. Prospects for potential deposit customers using various direct methods such as calling (cold/warm), face-to-face meetings and indirect methods such as networking. The jobholder will conduct regular business calls and presentations to prospective clients as part of lead generation and closing sales. Conducts periodic calls to existing clients to determine their perception of the Bank's products and services and to explore opportunities for cross-selling and relationship improvement. Harnesses the resources of all functions for a more efficient client base conversion and deposit generation, as well as to provide clients with meaningful and competitive products. Ensures that customer requests, suggestions, and complaints are immediately and satisfactorily addressed/resolved by the Bank. Coordinates with the Branch Manager (or equivalent role) and Marketing function in ensuring a well-appointed display of promotional materials on bank products and services Co-conducts meetings with the Branch Manager (or equivalent role) and other branch staff meetings for disseminating information on new products/services, coordination issues between the relationship manager and the service and operations staff, handling of specific accounts, etc. The Successful Applicant At least 5 years of relationship management experience within a bank setting Should have strong marketing and account solicitation skills and effective negotiation skills Must have good interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and a strong customer service orientation Fluent in English and Filipino with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Willing to work in person in the head office in Sta.
