PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Primary BancNet contact for member/participating institutions with the main goal of providing these institutions with an overall positive relationship with BancNetResponsible for ensuring that the member/participating institutions understand BancNet's role, products, and services as well as applicable policies and proceduresCoordinates with the member/participating institutions to enable them in any, if not all, of the BancNet services they are eligible to avail ofCoordinates with different BancNet departments and BancNet partners to address the member/participating institutions' concerns and requests in the shortest possible time. SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Function as the main point of contact of the assigned member/participating institutions on BancNet's products and services and applicable policies and procedures.Coordinate with assigned member/participating institutions to identify and promote BancNet services that would help meet their objectives and serve their clients better.Prepare an annual Relationship Management Plan based on BancNet strategic directions and requests from the member/participating institutions as inputs to the plan.Together with the Product Manager and other BancNet subject-matter experts, the RM conducts product presentations and presides discussions for the member/participating institutions' understanding of the BancNet products and services and the end-to-endonboarding journey.Assist and guide the assigned member/participating institutions in the onboarding journey for them to be enabled in the BancNet services. Ensure that applicable contracts and pre-requisites are in place before implementing to production. Subsequently, perform relationship management functions if the member/participating institution is still affiliated with BancNet.Manage projects when onboarding new member/participating institutions. Conduct kickoff and cadence meetings, track progress and submit status reports.Assist the assigned member/participating institutions on their requests, queries, and problems. Coordinate with different BancNet departments and BancNet partners on the resolution of concerns and complaints raised by the assigned member/participating institutions. Escalate to the next higher level any requirement/issue/problem that he/she cannot resolve on his/her own.Prepare regular reports as required by the Head of Business Development and Relationship Management Division, including but not limited to, minutes of meetings, weekly management report, twice-a-month issues and requests tracker, twice-a-month onboarding (project) status monthly onboarding resource demand and monthly focus and accomplishments.Provide input to the Corporate Communications and/or Product Management Team in the preparation and execution of Marketing Plans and/or Product/Service Launches and on opportunities for new products and services based on experiences and learning from the member/participating institutions.Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Business Development and Relationship Management Division.
