Relationship Manager For Real Estate

JOB DESCRIPTION Relationship Managers who will be assigned to build, manage, and improve relationships with VVIP. They will be the single point of contact of these clients for any inquiry, request or concern post-sale, and ensure timely resolutions. Aside from resolving customer issues, their responsibilities will include regular social calls to clients to strengthen rapport and brand loyalty. They will be closely collaborating with all Project Teams to find solutions to client issues. These managers will also work with Customer Experience Group in the execution of its Premier Circle-focused initiatives and will build up our personal customer information database. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Must be Chinese SpeakingMust have held a senior position in a frontliner post for 3 years or more (i.e. hospitality, sales, preferred/private banking, airlines) Excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to lead and work within a teamExcellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skillsExceptional organizational and analytical skillsExcellent presentation and negotiation skillsStrategic thinkerStrong work ethicPreferably fluent or can speak/understand Mandarin or Fukien
