Graduate of Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any business-related fieldProven track record of at least 5 years in sales, business development, or relationship management within the financial services industryKnowledgeable in financial products, lending principles, and credit risk assessmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsProficient in analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve sales targetsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsProficient in MS applicationsFamiliar with banking regulations and compliance standardsFlexible to travel for client visits and business meetings as required
