Relations Officer

Achieve various individual sales/business targets to contribute the team performance
- Develop and maintain cordial customer relationship and provide quality customer services.
- Act as point of contract for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
- Collaborate with internal team (e.g.
sales, marketing, senior management) to address customers' needs.
- Prepare reports as maybe required.
- Other task which may be assigned from time to time.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Relations Officer: 2 years (preferred)
- Banking/Financing: 1 year (preferred)
