Regulatory Compliance Officer

Work Location: Bukidnon

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support to the development of various projects in Mindanao
- Lead the planning of the acquisition of land and right-of-way and the implementation of the plans; and ensure that the company's rights to said lands and rights-of-way are upheld and protected
- Collaborate with intra
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of documents on file, such as titles, maps, land contracts

Qualification Requirements:

- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of experience in the management, acquisition, lease of land properties and its attendant issues.
- With experience in dealing with stakeholders such as LGUs, regulatory agencies, and land owners, while maintaining good relationship with the stakeholders
- Familiar with government laws related to land use and titling, and the rules and regulations relevant to said laws
- Excellent written and oral English communication
