Registration Officer

Details of the offer

Provides assistance to companies setting up and doing business in the Philippines primarily through the following services:

- Incorporation with Philippines SEC - Securities & Exchange Commission, registration with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), the Social Security System (SSS), the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF), the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (Phil-Health), and the local government unit.
-Ensure completion of documents and requirements being processed.
- Inform and update clients concerning necessary additional documents required by corresponding government agencies
- Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning and typing.
- Perform all other related functions that may be assigned from time to time

**Job Requirements**
- Must be a college graduate of any field
- Can understand, write, and speak basic to conversational English
- Proficient in MS office, other basic computer programs, and mobile messaging apps (Wechat, Messenger, Viber, etc.)
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships
- Self-motivated with willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high pressure environment
- Relevant experience in processing business permits is an advantage
- Willing to work in Pasay City and do field work most of the time

**Salary**: Php22,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

- Pasay City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
