Duties and Responsibilities:

1.
Monitors mcrf (motorcycle registration fund) request

2.
Monitoring of pnpcsr (encode and scan new received pnpcsr from emic)

3.
Preparing and sending of pouch to branches (orcr, pnpcsr, plates and other documents

4.
Monitors and encodes orcr (newly registered units)

5.
Monitors pending registration at lto from previous request budget (w/ problems like rsu

With alarm, item closed and coc failed

6.
Re-isuance of sales invoice

7.
Releasing of original orcr such as borrowed orcr or closed account

8.
Request uploading, renewal of registration, authorization, correction of name etc.
