Registrar Clerk/Liaison To Ched

The Registrar's Clerk is responsible for being the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls for the Registrar's Office. The Registrar's Clerk is also responsible for the set-up of admissions correspondence and application processing while maintaining the upkeep of the filing system.

Strong personal and professional integrity, good verbal and written communication skills, and a commitment to safety. Ability to multi-task to meet the demands of walk-in students or incoming calls. Interpersonal skills are necessary to work with a diverse population of current/prospective students, coworkers, or outside agencies. Excellent keyboarding/computer entry skills with a focus on speed and accuracy. Attention to detail with paperwork requirements. Commitment to uphold the policies and procedures of the College and the processes in the Registrar's Office with student records.
