Position: Registered Pharmacist

Responsibilities: Reviews prescriptions issued by physicians or other authorized prescribers to ensure correctness and accuracy in dispensing pharmaceutical products.Regular reports - Gap check, out of stocks.Requests for stocks - unserved and OS, checking delivery, display, organizing stocks analysis.Weekly cycle count (per category, High Valued items).Responsible and accountable for the performance of their store, including inventory and staff performance.Assessment on Dispensing.Ensures operations are in full compliance with local health and safety codes and other local government agency codes.Liaises with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements of the agency, including all necessary licenses (License to Operate – Pharmacy, Drug or Cosmetics), permits & registration.Reporting of expiry, maintaining of expiry logbook.Expired product return.Pharma area organization and maintenance.Administers patient counseling as needed.Instructs customers on how and when to take prescribed medications.Provides immunizations and other medical services, such as taking blood pressure, temperature measurements, and checking blood sugar levels.Completes operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records of controlled substances, charges, and removing expired and/or damaged drugs from the pharmacy's inventory.Monthly market trend and analysis on medicines.Ensures the work areas are organized and clean.Fills up required checksheets and submits reports on time.Complies with all company policies.Complies with all health, safety, and security protocols of the company.Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Qualifications: Candidates must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or its equivalent.Preferably 1-5 years experienced employee specialized in Healthcare - Pharmacy or equivalent.Valid license to practice as a pharmacist.Must be a Licensed Pharmacist with a valid PRC Certificate.For more information:
