Job ResponsibilitiesReviews prescriptions issued by physicians or other authorized prescribers to ensure correctness and accuracy in dispensing pharmaceutical products.Regular reports - Gapcheck, out of stocks.Request for stocks - unserved and OS, checking delivery, display, organizing stocks analysis.Weekly cycle count (per category, High Valued items).Responsible and accountable for the performance of their store includes inventory and staff performance.P. A assessment on Dispensing.Ensures operations are in full compliance with local health and safety codes of other local government agency codes.Liaise with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to ensure compliance of the company with the regulatory requirements of the agency. This applies to all necessary licenses (License to Operate – Pharmacy, Drug or Cosmetics), permits & registration.Reporting of expiry, maintaining of expiry logbook.Expired product return.Pharma area organization and maintenance.Administers patient counseling as needed.Instructing customers on how and when to take prescribed medications.Providing immunizations and other medical services, such as taking blood pressure, temperature measurements, and checking blood sugar levels.Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records of controlled substances, charges, and removing expired and/or damaged drugs from the pharmacy's inventory.Monthly Market trend and analysis on medicines.Ensuring the work areas are organized and clean.Fill up required checksheets and submit reports on time.Complies with all company policies.Complies with all health, safety and security protocols of the company.Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
