Registered Nurse - Compliance Officer

**Front Office Responsibilities include**
- Contacting Clinicians to resolve audit findings on patient charts

**Back Office Responsibilities include**:

- Conduct regular audits patient charts based on CMS HH guidelines
- Escalate audit findings to Clinicians & Clinical Managers for resolution
- Resolve audit findings within the scope of a QA support
- Provide audit reporting and analysis on a daily basis
- Evaluate & manage visit frequency based on the patients' medical diagnosis & plan of care

**Qualifications**:

- BS Nursing Graduate / PT / OT / Speech Therapy Graduate or PHRN
- For RN/Registered PT / OT / Speech Therapist, must have at least 6 months of clinical setting experience if NO BPO experience
- For BS Nursing & Therapy graduates must have at least 1-2 years experience in a US Healthcare account
- Preferably with experience reading hospital / clinical charts
- Preferred but not required knowledge in Medical Coding ICD-10
- Knowledgeable in US Insurance and previous experience with Skilled Nursing facilities, Medical Records
- Preferably with inbound or outbound calling experience
- Analytical/Critical Thinker, Detail Orientated, Highly Organized
- Above average English Language proficiency in both verbal & written
- Tech Savvy; Proficient in reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel & word, typing speed 50wpm
- Willing to work ONSITE OFFICE based in Ortigas, Pasig (One San Miguel Avenue Bldg.)
- Willing to work in rotating shifts, mostly in the graveyard shift, willing to work on weekend.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
