Registered Nurse - Compliance Officer

**Front Office Responsibilities include**- Contacting Clinicians to resolve audit findings on patient charts**Back Office Responsibilities include**:- Conduct regular audits patient charts based on CMS HH guidelines- Escalate audit findings to Clinicians & Clinical Managers for resolution- Resolve audit findings within the scope of a QA support- Provide audit reporting and analysis on a daily basis- Evaluate & manage visit frequency based on the patients' medical diagnosis & plan of care**Qualifications**:- BS Nursing Graduate / PT / OT / Speech Therapy Graduate or PHRN- For RN/Registered PT / OT / Speech Therapist, must have at least 6 months of clinical setting experience if NO BPO experience- For BS Nursing & Therapy graduates must have at least 1-2 years experience in a US Healthcare account- Preferably with experience reading hospital / clinical charts- Preferred but not required knowledge in Medical Coding ICD-10- Knowledgeable in US Insurance and previous experience with Skilled Nursing facilities, Medical Records- Preferably with inbound or outbound calling experience- Analytical/Critical Thinker, Detail Orientated, Highly Organized- Above average English Language proficiency in both verbal & written- Tech Savvy; Proficient in reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel & word, typing speed 50wpm- Willing to work ONSITE OFFICE based in Ortigas, Pasig (One San Miguel Avenue Bldg.)- Willing to work in rotating shifts, mostly in the graveyard shift, willing to work on weekend.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Paid training- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- OvertimeSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
