At least 3-4 yrs. experience in Project Site ManagementAt least 2-3yrs experience in cost/estimation and design Duties & Responsibilities: Lead Engineering Department by coordinating the work on various projectsConfer with engineers, customers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products.Develop budgets, estimating labor, materials, and construction costs.Responsible for the timely completion of all required project close-out documents per contract.During the Construction Phase, proactively manage projects to achieve quality, schedule, budget, and safety.Extensive Exposure to Mechanical worksWith planning, organizing, and control determine the appropriate measure.With strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skillsMust be flexible, hardworking, assertive, and passionateMust be proficient in English, both oral and writtenWith strong interpersonal, and organizational skills and responsible
