Registered Hospital Nurse

QUALIFICATION:• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, units in Masteral Degree an advantage• With updated / Current PRC License• Training required: Intravenous Therapy License, Basic Life Support, and Advance Cardiac Life Support• Related Experience: at least one (6) months of clinical experience• Knowledge/skills required: Professional competence in clinical practice and skill administration; knowledge of all nursing policies and procedures, hospital policies and procedures; computer literate, mature, can keep higly confidential information, honest and trusworthy.JOB DESCRIPTON• Gives direct nursing care• Identifies the nursing needs of patients as a patient advocate• Plans give and evaluates nursing care; Admit patients;• Performs nursing activities such as bathing and oral hygience;• Assists patients in moving, maintaining proper alignment of patient's body, and utilizing good body Mechanics;• Takes and records vital signs;• Observes medical sepsis;• Observes signs and symtoms institutes remedial action when appropriate, and records this inpatient chart;• Reports observations to the physicians regularly;• Observes and respond to patients' emotional and spiritual needs;• Acts as liaison between patients and hospital personnel;• Interprets the patient and his family and their roles in promoting successful therapy and rehabilitation;
