JOB DESCRIPTON Gives direct nursing careIdentifies the nursing needs of patients as a patient advocatePlans give and evaluates nursing care; Admit patients;Performs nursing activities such as bathing and oral hygience;Assists patients in moving, maintaining proper alignment of patient's body, and utilizing good body Mechanics;Takes and records vital signs;Observes medical sepsis;Observes signs and symtoms institutes remedial action when appropriate, and records this inpatient chart;Reports observations to the physicians regularly;Observes and respond to patients' emotional and spiritual needs;Acts as liaison between patients and hospital personnel;Interprets the patient and his family and their roles in promoting successful therapy and rehabilitation;
