Registered Hospital Nurse

QUALIFICATION:
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, units in Masteral Degree an advantage
• With updated / Current PRC License
• Training required: Intravenous Therapy License, Basic Life Support, and Advance Cardiac Life Support
• Related Experience: at least one (6) months of clinical experience
• Knowledge/skills required: Professional competence in clinical practice and skill administration; knowledge of all nursing policies and procedures, hospital policies and procedures; computer literate, mature, can keep higly confidential information, honest and trusworthy.
JOB DESCRIPTON
• Gives direct nursing care
• Identifies the nursing needs of patients as a patient advocate
• Plans give and evaluates nursing care; Admit patients;
• Performs nursing activities such as bathing and oral hygience;
• Assists patients in moving, maintaining proper alignment of patient's body, and utilizing good body Mechanics;
• Takes and records vital signs;
• Observes medical sepsis;
• Observes signs and symtoms institutes remedial action when appropriate, and records this inpatient chart;
• Reports observations to the physicians regularly;
• Observes and respond to patients' emotional and spiritual needs;
• Acts as liaison between patients and hospital personnel;
• Interprets the patient and his family and their roles in promoting successful therapy and rehabilitation;
