Duties and Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager/Construction Manager (in the absence of the Sr. Project Engineer) in the preparation of the Project Budget for submission/approval of the President and/or Chairman. Prepare shop drawings for presentation/approval by the owner before the actual implementation. Assist in identifying and recommending manpower, equipment, and tools required for the project. Assist in carrying out the activities/strategies as planned. Assist in the supervision and coordination in the implementation of projects based on design. Ensure that project technical specifications are implemented as per design. Monitor the attendance of the jobsite employees/workers. Conduct periodic reports and prepare progress reports on project implementation for submission to the Project Manager/Construction Manager/GM-construction. Ensure quality control on project implementation. Coordinate and monitor subcontractors with regards to project implementation/activities. Recommend alternative courses of action in solving problems to the Sr. Project Engineer/Construction Manager/Project Manager. Responsible for the safety of the workplace. Supervise and evaluate work performance of subordinates and recommend to the President through the Construction Manager/Project Manager/GM-Construction for appropriate action. Manage all project equipment/tools and materials endorsed to the project. Implement deviations/changes as per owner's requirements. Recommend additional project costs covering the changes as required. Supervise and review as-built drawings for submission to the owner through the Project Manager/Construction Manager. Assist in the testing and commissioning of installed electrical systems and equipment. Assist the Sr. Project Engineer/Construction Manager/Project Manager for the hand-over of the completed project to the respective owner/clients. Assist the Sr. Project Engineer/Construction Manager/Project Manager for timely preparation of turnover documents prior to hand-over of the project. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time as required by the project. Minimum Qualification: B.S. E.E. Graduate (preferably licensed) At least 5 years of experience in handling electrical construction projects At least 28 years old Computer literate Job Type: Full-time
