Regional Sales Manager - Vismin

Oversee and drive sales operations in the Visayas and Mindanao regions. Responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the growth and profitability of the company products in these key areas.

Duties and Responsibilities: Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for the Visayas and Mindanao regions.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet their individual and team objectives.Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and developmentPrepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the executive teamBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the feed, agricultural, or related industries.Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing a large sales team across multiple regions.In-depth understanding of the animal nutrition/feed industry, particularly within the Visayas and Mindanao regions.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Willingness to travel extensively across Visayas and Mindanao to manage regional operations.
