Job Summary:
- Plan, direct, and implement sales strategies and programs to achieve and exceed the sales objectives for the region.
Job Responsibilities: Drive and deliver sales activities to achieve sales profitability.Analyze sales reports, interpret results, and take appropriate action to achieve sales targets.Participate in marketing initiatives for the area and recommend modifications to marketing strategies based on market trends.Formulation of innovative marketing strategies and programs.Proper assignment of people and appropriate use of resources. Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region.Identification of sales trade in the region by conducting regular market visits to check route coverage, and competitors' activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region.Work in partnership with HR on staff-related issues such as performance management through coaching and counseling, enforcing policies, career development, and general leadership.Support staff receiving appropriate coaching, training, and development to perform required duties in areas such as sales, stock control, merchandising, administrative responsibilities, and product knowledge.Achieve regional sales operations objectives by contributing regional sales information; preparing and completing action plans; implementing customer standards; resolving problems; and completing audits. Identify and action inventory management issues. Job Qualifications: Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing Economics, or any related course.At least three (3) years of relevant experience preferably from an FMCG or related industry is required.Must be a manager specializing in Sales Development.Has a keen business sense and can identify market opportunities.Possesses a strong leadership skill and has exposure to training management and providing coaching when necessary.Advanced analytical with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to identify opportunities for sales.Good facilitation and presentation skills, conflict management, Interpersonal skills & building people capability.With familiarization in handling FMCG Modern Trade Accounts, especially in skincare products.Computer literate and proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
