Regional Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within a designated geographic area. They will develop and implement sales strategies, build, and maintain relationships with key customers, and identify new business opportunities. The role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of ICCT products and market trends.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
• Proven experience in sales management within the ICCT industry or a related field
• Strong understanding of ICCT products, technologies, and market dynamics
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the ICCT industry
• Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, if applicable
• Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional language skills may be preferred depending on the territory
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ICCT products, manufacturing processes, and industry standards
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to drive strategic decision-making
