About the Job: As a Regional Sales Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of multiple branches within the region. Your role will be pivotal in managing regional sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction across all branches, and achieving overall business objectives. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the organization's products, services, and goals. Scope & Responsibilities: Regional Operations Management:
Oversee the operations of multiple branches within the region to ensure smooth and consistent performance.Develop and implement regional operational policies, procedures, and best practices.Monitor and evaluate the performance of each branch against established regional targets and implement corrective actions as needed.Ensure regional compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop high-performing branch managers and sales teams across the region.Provide guidance, coaching, and support to branch leaders to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.Conduct regular performance evaluations and goal-setting for branch managers and regional teams.Customer and Partner Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key intermediaries, clients, and stakeholders across the region.Address escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and effective manner.Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty across all channels.Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.Sales and Business Development:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals across all channels (Bancassurance, Agency, Brokers, and Other Distribution Channels).Lead regional efforts to recruit productive agents and expand the intermediary network.Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to drive business growth within the region.Collaborate with branch managers and sales teams to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.Financial Management:
Prepare and manage the regional budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.Monitor regional financial performance, analyze variances, and take corrective actions as necessary.Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards at the regional level.Risk and Compliance Management:
Identify and mitigate risks related to regional operations, compliance, and security.Implement and enforce security protocols and safety measures across all branches in the region.Report incidents and maintain regional incident response procedures.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in regional management or a similar field.Strong understanding of the industry, products, and services offered by the organization.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.Ability to make strategic decisions and drive results.Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.Preferred Qualifications: Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Computer literacy and familiarity with relevant software applications.
