Regional Sales Associate
Reports To
The Marketing Assistant will report to the President and CEO, VP for Operations,
General Manager, and Sales Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
? Prospect for new clients and build strong, long-term relationships with existing
ones.
? Travel throughout your assigned region to meet with clients and attend industry
events (as needed).
? Actively engage with clients, learning about their needs, and present product
features and benefits.
Answer client enquiries about products, pricing, and promotions.Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify new leads within your
assigned territory.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services to maximize sales potential.Provide ongoing customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.Achieve established sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the
sales team.
? Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer service, sales
practices, and cash handling.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience or strong interest in sales, preferably in real estate or car
dealerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.Willingness to travel and meet clients in person.For new graduates: Demonstrated interest in sales through internships, projects,
or related coursework.
? Experience in the hotel industry or B2B sales is advantage.
