Regional Sales Associate
Reports To
The Marketing Assistant will report to the President and CEO, VP for Operations,
General Manager, and Sales Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
? Prospect for new clients and build strong, long-term relationships with existing
ones.
? Travel throughout your assigned region to meet with clients and attend industry
events (as needed).
? Actively engage with clients, learning about their needs, and present product
features and benefits.
? Answer client enquiries about products, pricing, and promotions.
? Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify new leads within your
assigned territory.
? Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services to maximize sales potential.
? Provide ongoing customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
? Achieve established sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the
sales team.
? Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer service, sales
practices, and cash handling.
Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
? Proven experience or strong interest in sales, preferably in real estate or car
dealerships.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
? Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
? Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
? Willingness to travel and meet clients in person.
? For new graduates: Demonstrated interest in sales through internships, projects,
or related coursework.
? Experience in the hotel industry or B2B sales is advantage.
