REGIONAL PROJECT MANAGER (BATAAN)

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be a college graduate of any Business-Related courses and Industrial Engineering
• Have 2-3 years background experience.
• Has good communication skills and written works
• Must know how to navigate Microsoft Office.
• Willing to be assigned in Bataan

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analysis and Decision-making skills: able to analyze a situation/problem and make a sound decision that is beneficial to both parties.
• Planning and execution: Ability to make and execute the plan with the help and collaboration of his/her team.
• Communication Skills: Has the ability to prioritize tasks, Able to communicate clear direction and delegate work effectively in achieving a common goal. Has the flexibility to adapt to its environment.
• Time Management Skills: Given that he/she will manage more than 1 project, he/she should be able to effectively manage his/her time. Monitoring the progress of work, calling a team meeting and is organize in keeping documents of the projects.

SALARY RANGE:
• P25,000-P30,000
• Government Mandated benefits and HMO

WORK SCHED AND LOC:
• 8:00 am-6:00 pm
• Bataan
