Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.At least 5-7 years of experience in multi-unit management, preferably within the retail or food service industry.Proven track record in managing retail operations and driving sales growth.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L analysis.Experience in identifying and implementing strategies to improve profitability.Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve operational issues effectively.Capable of making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.Commitment to maintaining high customer satisfaction and improving the guest experience.Ability to manage a large region and travel to multiple locations regularly.Flexibility to adapt to changes in business needs and operational demandsKey Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across all Chooks To Go, Chooks Express and Uling Roaster stores in the region, ensuring consistent service and product quality.Ensure each store adheres to company policies, procedures, and standards, especially in product handling, safety, and cleanliness.Drive sales growth and profitability across the region by setting sales targets and monitoring performance against KPIs.Implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize operational costs.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities for the region.Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer focus across all stores.Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently delivered across all stores.Monitor customer feedback and address complaints promptly to improve the overall customer experience.Oversee inventory levels and stock management practices to prevent stock outs and ensure product availability.Ensure all stores comply with legal requirements, including food safety, labor laws, and health regulations.Manage and mitigate risks related to store operations, including employee and customer safety.Track and evaluate the performance of area heads and operations teams against set goals and standards.Provide regular reports on regional performance to senior management and implement corrective actions needed.
