Your leadership will be pivotal in driving a customer-centric culture, crafting an exceptional service process and running a highly effective team.

Service process and protocols Team training and management Directly leading service teams for high-value clients Hard skills: Minimum of 5 years of experience in management focusing customer support management, preferably in the HR tech industry. Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to oversee remote teams Possess strong knowledge and understanding of enterprise software solutions, with the ability to effectively coach and mentor employees to enhance their customer service skills.. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues, propose effective solutions, and drive process improvements. Soft skills Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
