Job Description The Regional General Manager is responsible for handling the entire South Luzon branch offices, and overall operations objectives such as but not limited to business development, memorial services, implementing strategies, and maintenance services.
Job Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day regional operations, assign weekly performance goals, ensure their completion, and accomplish the goals Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business-plan objectives Maintain project timelines related to Sales, Project Development, Permits, Collections, Park Operations, Expansion, and New Businesses including the completion and closure of park development activities to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively. Develop, implement, and maintain budgetarily and resource allocation plans involving Sales, Project Development, Permits, Collections, Park Operations, Expansion, and New Businesses. Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values Develop and improve strategic plans to optimize productivity. Other responsibilities that may be assigned by the superior. Job Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent At least 5 years of working experience in the related field Proven experience in a managerial role handling multiple projects. Excellent communication, collaboration, delegation, and people management skills. With the ability to develop and achieve financial plans With in-depth experience in operational procedures With experience in dealing with government and private agencies With expertise in project development/management, real estate management, fast food, and banking. Must be focused on total business operations to achieve targets Must be able to identify the issues arising, secure relevant information, develop solutions, and make decisions based on logical assumptions that reflect factual information. Willing to be re-assigned or relocated outside area of residence and requires extensive travel to local offices.
